COUNSELING SERVICE
This service is concerned with providing individual and group counseling to students who voluntarily come to the Guidance Center to seek assistance regarding a particular concern; being referred by administrators, faculty members, parents and peers; and other counselor-initiated sessions because of identified concerns that could affect the students’ academic, career, personal/social life.

TESTING SERVICE
This service includes the administration and interpretation of psychological tests for use in assessing the performance of the students and Admission test for all levels.

INDIVIDUAL INVENTORY SERVICE
This service involves maintenance and safeguarding of individual records of students. Records include personal and educational data, test results and other related information that are useful in guiding the students.

INFORMATION SERVICE
This includes the conduct of orientation and re-orientation, and the delivery of relevant educational, occupational and social information through group dynamics, seminars, and other informative materials.

CAREER, PLACEMENT AND FOLLOW-UP SERVICE
This includes the conduct of activities that would enhance the students’ career awareness. It is also responsible in facilitating employment readiness skills and job opportunities for the graduating students. It also maintains linkages with alumni and companies that have Letran graduates as employees. And the conduct of follow-up on the status of the graduates.

RESEARCH AND EVALUATION
This service is concerned with the systematic evaluation of the effectiveness of activities conducted by the Guidance Center. It is also responsible in conducting researches that could be utilized by administrators, faculty and students in the attainment of quality education and other related programs.

MANAGEMENT
It involves the functions of planning, organizing, staffing, implementing, controlling, resource management and human resources development to achieve the departmental and institutional plans and objectives.
